Basic English Communication
Requirements:
- 0–3 years in technical support or a related field.
- Good understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- B.E / B.Tech / BCA / MCA or equivalent degree.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Diagnose problems and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work in a night shift environment and meet performance goals.
