Ensure bathrooms, fixtures, and fittings are clean and functional

Maintain cleanliness of corridors, lobbies, and public areas

Ensure proper disposal of waste and upkeep of surroundings

Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping-related queries

Ensure courteous and professional interaction with guests

Report any guest complaints to the supervisor

Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status updates

Inform Engineering team about maintenance issues

Ensure timely room availability for arrivals

Maintain stock of cleaning supplies, linen, and amenities

Handle hotel property with care and report any damages

Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards

Adhere to hotel policies and procedures

Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely

Basic knowledge of housekeeping operations

Attention to detail and cleanliness

Good communication skills

Ability to work in shifts and physically active role

Minimum 12th pass

Freshers or 0–2 years of experience in housekeeping preferred
