Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through voice support.
- Resolve customer queries with professionalism and empathy.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
- Meet productivity, attendance, and performance targets.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Good technical aptitude and basic computer knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (majorly night shifts).
Salary
- Freshers: Up to Rs. 32,000 per month.
- Experienced (1 year): Up to Rs. 34,000 per month.

Work Schedule
- Full-Time | Work From Office.
- 5 days working with rotational week offs.
- 10-hour shift including a 1-hour break.
- Majorly night shifts.
