[About the Role]
We are looking for a high-potential NPD Engineer to be the technical bridge between our Taiwan R&D and our India production facility. You will translate client visions into precision blueprints and lead the birth of new products.
PS: All our positions also offer Language Proficiency Allowance: Candidates fluent in Mandarin (Chinese) will be eligible for an additional monthly language allowance.
[Key Responsibilities]
Technical Drawing: Transform client requirements into high-precision technical drawings (Fasteners/Screws/Bolts).
Design Support: Assist in mold and die design optimization for the heading and threading process.
Prototyping: Coordinate with the production line to manage prototype runs and troubleshoot technical issues.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Act as the primary technical translator between Taiwan’s master technicians and local production teams.
[Core Requirements]
Software: Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD .
Language: Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) is MANDATORY. (Must be able to discuss technical tolerances and engineering logic with Taiwanese mentors).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. (Fresh graduates with strong potential are highly welcome!)
Mindset: Strong logical reasoning, attention to detail, and a passion for precision manufacturing.
