About the Role
Supplymint is looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to our growth. If you're passionate about B2B sales, client engagement, and closing deals in the SaaS, logistics, retail, or eCommerce domain, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other prospecting platforms.
- Conduct cold calls, cold emails, and outreach campaigns to acquire new clients.
- Schedule and deliver product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and channel partners.
- Develop and manage channel partnerships to expand business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Enterprise Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and client demonstration skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead generation tools.
- Proven experience in cold calling, cold emailing, and outbound sales.
- Experience in building and managing channel partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Industry Background
Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:
- Logistics
- Retail
- SaaS
- eCommerce
