Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute civil construction projects as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labour teams.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards.
- Review and coordinate civil, structural, MEP, and interior works where applicable.
- Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors at site.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly project progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Coordinate inspections, measurements, billing, and client approvals.
- Monitor project costs and minimize wastage and delays.
- Ensure timely handover of projects.
Required Qualification & Skills
- B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in construction/project management.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, structural work, finishing, and site execution.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera will be preferred.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
- Experience in handling clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per year
