Responsibilities -
1. Store Operations: Open and close the outlet following company SOPs. Maintain a smooth workflow across the kitchen and front counter during shifts.
2. Customer Service: Greet customers politely, take accurate orders, and resolve any complaints quickly and professionally.
3. Food Quality and Hygiene: Prepare food according to brand standards. Keep the kitchen, dining space, and storage areas clean and safe.
4. Inventory Handling: Track daily stock levels, minimize food waste, and receive new deliveries.
5. Billing and Cash Management: Handle POS (Point of Sale) billing, collect payments, and reconcile cash at the end of the shift.
