We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven International Sales Manager to join our growing export division in Jaipur. In this role, you will lead our global business development strategies, manage overseas distributor networks, and drive international B2B sales revenue.
The ideal candidate should possess sharp negotiation skills, a solid understanding of global trade logistics, and a proven track record of scaling export volumes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Territory Management: Identify, evaluate, and penetrate targeted international markets to establish a robust brand presence.
- Revenue Optimization: Execute strategic sales frameworks to achieve year-on-year export targets within the ₹12–15 LPA core delivery bracket.
- Distributor & Client Acquisition: Build, onboard, and manage overseas distributors, buying agents, and key institutional accounts.
- EXIM Compliance: Work closely with supply chain and logistics partners to oversee export documentation, Letters of Credit (LC), customs protocols, and Incoterms.
- Market Analysis: Track global market shifts, competitor pricing strategies, and regional regulatory compliance demands to optimize product positioning.
Required Profile & Eligibility:
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of active experience in International Sales, Business Development, or Export Management.
- Education: Graduate degree in any stream; an MBA in International Business, Foreign Trade, or Marketing will be a distinct advantage.
- Target Professional Demographics: This role is tailored for fast-track, mid-level professionals equipped to engage high-value global stakeholders independently. In accordance with internal team hierarchy alignment, the ideal profile context is for professionals below 42 years of age.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, deep expertise in international payment cycles, and familiarity with global trade lanes.
- Travel Commitment: High flexibility to travel internationally for global exhibitions, trade fairs, and client visits.
