Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across:
- Search
- Display
- Performance Max
- YouTube
- Shopping
- Manage advertising budgets ranging from USD $50,000 to $500,000+ per month
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize:
- CPA
- ROAS
- CTR
- Conversion Rate
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Implement conversion tracking using:
- Google Tag Manager
- GA4
- Produce performance reports and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing and product teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
- Proven experience managing significant advertising budgets.
- Strong understanding of:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Tag Manager
- Looker Studio
- Experience with conversion tracking and attribution.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Google Ads Certifications are highly preferred.
- Experience working with international brands or multinational organizations is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Performance Max campaigns.
- Experience in B2B or Enterprise marketing.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads or Microsoft Ads.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and identify optimization opportunities.
