JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee day-to-day Human Resources operations.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Implement HR policies and ensure organizational compliance.
Monitor employee performance, attendance, and discipline.
Coordinate training, performance appraisal, and staff development.
Maintain employee records and support overall workforce management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹54,391.84 per month
