Job Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into high-quality finished products that tell a compelling story. The ideal candidate is a master of timing and rhythm, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates both technical skill and creative flair.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembly: Review raw footage, shot lists, and scripts to create a cohesive sequence. resources.
- Technical Editing: Trim segments, add transitions, and ensure smooth continuity between shots.
- Enhancements: Input music, dialogue, graphics, and special effects to increase the "emotional quotient" of the content.
- Color & Sound: Perform basic color grading and sound mixing to ensure professional quality.
- Optimization: Export and optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, , etc.) in the correct formats and aspect ratios.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Software Mastery: Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro.
- Supplementary Tools: Familiarity with Adobe After Effects (for motion graphics) and Photoshop.
- Organization: Strong methodical skills for project organization and file management.
- Portfolio: A proven track record and a link to a portfolio or demo reel of previous work.
