Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Distribution Executive to expand our market presence by building strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities and driving sales across both online and offline channels. The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with distributors, retailers and customers while representing the KosmiQua brand professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and business partners.
- Generate new leads and identify business opportunities across online and offline markets.
- Onboard new distributors, dealers and retail partners.
- Promote and sell KosmiQua's premium skincare and cosmetic brands.
- Conduct market visits, client meetings and product presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and sales activities.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, promotional events and business meetings when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Well-experienced in sales, distribution or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in field visits, client meetings and product presentations.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Fluent in English (additional international language skills will be an advantage).
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the skincare, cosmetics, beauty, FMCG or personal care industry is highly preferred.
- Existing networks with distributors, retailers or beauty stores will be an added advantage.

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays working every month)
