Job Profile - Store Associate and Sales Specialist
Role - We are looking for an energetic, well-spoken, and creative Store Associate and Sales Specialist at our upcoming new Raj Uphaar store. He will play a vital role in sharing our story, driving sales of products, and providing a premium experience for our customers through personalized service and creative packaging.
Responsibilities -
- Sales & Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, explain the cause and of all our products (including savouries, confectioneries, fragrances, and apparel), and assist them in making purchases.
- Store Management: Maintain the visual appeal of the store, ensuring shelves are well stocked, clean, and organized.
- Customised Gifting: Assist customers in selecting products for gift hampers and execute high-quality, aesthetic packaging for customized orders.
Qualifications & Profile -
- Communication: Very good verbal communication skills; must be confident in interacting with a diverse walk-in clientele.
- Aptitude: Strong sales-oriented mindset with a polite and helpful demeanour.
- Creativity: For gift wrapping or hamper styling.
- Experience: Prior experience in retail sales is a plus, but not mandatory for the right candidate
Work Schedule: Timings: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Location: Opera House, Mumbai
Compensation: Per industry standards

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
