About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive student admissions, and business growth for our SAP Software Training Institution. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills to promote SAP training programs and achieve enrollment targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Admissions & Counseling
- Generate leads through various online and offline marketing activities.
- Contact prospective students and explain SAP training programs.
- Conduct counseling sessions in colleges and guide students in selecting suitable SAP modules.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain student inquiry and admission records in CRM/Excel.
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Establish partnerships with colleges, educational institutions, and training centers.
- Build relationships with HR professionals and corporate organizations for employee training requirements.
- Organize seminars, workshops, webinars, and career guidance sessions.
Corporate & Placement Coordination
- Coordinate with companies for corporate training requirements.
- Develop industry connections to support student placement opportunities.
- Maintain a database of recruiters and hiring partners.
Marketing & Promotion
- Support digital marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Promote SAP certification courses through social media and networking platforms.
- Participate in educational fairs, career expos, and promotional events.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
