Skill Sets/Eligibility Criteria’s –
Minimum 10+2 / Graduate holders
BPO International calling experience is a must
Good communication skills
Must have basic computer knowledge
Flexibility to work in shifts (day/night/rotational)
Willingness to work on weekends/public holidays (as per business needs).
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
Ability to handle pressure and extended shifts
US Healthcare knowledge is preferred
A.R callers (Added Advantage)
US Insurance Eligibility Benefit Verification knowledge (Added Advantage)
Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the above criteria preferred
Exposure in handling w/ US & UK customers
Candidates are going to be interviewed and screened by specialized English Academy trainers from iMerit
~~ 5 days of working (Sat & Sun fixed off)
*** Odd-hour transportation till the nodal point will be provided by the company.
*** Should be comfortable in night shift
