We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Mobilizer to identify potential customers, generate leads, and support field sales activities. The role involves market outreach, customer engagement, promotional activities, and coordinating with the sales team to increase product/service adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits and promotional campaigns to generate leads.
- Mobilize potential customers through direct interaction, calls, and community engagement.
- Explain product/service features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain customer databases and daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaigns and events.
- Follow up with leads and assist in customer onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in field sales and travel locally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile reporting tools.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.
Experience
- 0–3 years in sales, field marketing, mobilization, or customer acquisition.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Preferred Qualities
- Local market knowledge.

- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
