Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, developing business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets for the furniture business. The role involves customer relationship management, market analysis, showroom sales supervision, dealer network development, and implementation of sales strategies to maximize profitability.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, dealers, distributors, architects, and corporate clients.
- Expand market presence and increase furniture product sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training programs.
- Set sales goals and monitor employee productivity.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and key accounts.
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and complaint resolution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Showroom & Retail Management
- Oversee showroom operations and ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor product displays, promotions, and inventory availability.
- Coordinate with the operations and production teams for timely deliveries.
Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Analyze sales data and recommend improvement strategies.
- Track achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target .
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
