Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, HR operations, and statutory compliance, within an IT services environment. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient talent acquisition, smooth HR processes, and adherence to legal and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
2. HR Operations
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes (joining to exit formalities).
- Handle payroll coordination and ensure timely salary processing.
- Monitor employee performance management processes and appraisals.
- Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
3. Compliance & Legal
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Manage statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other applicable laws.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and inspections.
- Handle disciplinary actions and legal matters as per company policy.
- Stay updated with changes in labor laws and implement necessary changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR management within the IT services industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, HR operations, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
