1. Provide technical support to employees and clients by troubleshooting hardware, software, email, and system-related issues.
2. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems, and business applications.
3. Manage and maintain company networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points, VPNs, and internet connectivity.
4. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure secure and reliable network operations.
5. Manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access controls across company systems.
6. Monitor and maintain servers, cloud services, and IT infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
7. Install software updates, security patches, antivirus programs, and perform routine system maintenance.
8. Perform regular data backups, recovery testing, and ensure business continuity procedures are followed.
9. Maintain IT asset inventories, software licenses, system documentation, and support records.
10. Ensure compliance with IT security policies, protect company data, coordinate with vendors, and support cybersecurity initiatives.
Work Schedule & Location
- Shift: Night Shift (US)
- Working Hours: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Work Location: Marthandam Near to LIC Office.
- Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
