Job Description
Railyatri is hiring a Process Trainer to support training and development activities within our call center operations. The role focuses on improving agent performance, delivering training sessions, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
Work Hours
Shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees
- Prepare and deliver training materials and process modules
- Monitor trainee progress and evaluate performance during training
- Identify knowledge gaps and provide additional coaching
- Work with team leaders to improve overall team performance
- Update training content, SOPs and process guidelines
- Maintain training records, reports and attendance data
Requirements
- Proficiency in Hindi and English
- At least 1 year of experience in training or quality in a call center
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in evening shifts
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of call center operations and quality metrics
- Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback
- Basic reporting and documentation skills
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
