Overview:
ROLE AT A GLANCE:
The role will oversee and execute day-to-day administrative operations related to all types of sales event activities at Herbalife. Key responsibilities include coordinating events-related documents, maintaining records, supporting the customer service team, supporting event execution ( day event, residential conference/ retreat etc.) that include travel to support and execute events for South Zone (AP/TL/KA/TN/KL). Additionally managing communication with distributors, office administration, third party vendor management. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Regional headquarters and requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively support the sales events process and ensure smooth operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

Plan and execute regional sales events

Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including venue, travel, accommodation, materials, and scheduling

Travel as required to support on-ground execution of events

Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and company standards

Support promotion and communication of events to distributors

Manage event-related documentation including approvals, PR/POs, and record-keeping
-
Maintain accurate records of events, participation, and outcomes

Assist in preparing reports to track effectiveness

Provide administrative support to the regional sales team

Coordinate communication between internal teams (sales, customer service, operations)

Manage third-party vendors including event agencies, hotels, and logistics providers

Ensure vendor deliverables meet agreed requirements and quality standards

Support office administration related to event execution

Collaborate with customer service teams to address event-related inquiries

Ensure smooth participant experience before, during, and after events

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:
Education
Experience

5-7 years

Experience in event coordination, sales support, administrative roles
Skills/Certifications

General Administration and Organization Skills to manage daily operations and maintain accurate records

Strong Communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and deliver clear, concise information

Administrative Assistance experience with the ability to handle scheduling, documentation, and operational tasks

Customer Service/vendor management expertise to handle inquiries and provide efficient solutions

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard administrative tools

Ability to work independently while supporting a team in a dynamic environment
