The Steward is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, and sanitation within the hotel's kitchen, restaurant, banquet, and back-of-house areas. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing dishes, glassware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and equipment, while ensuring that all workstations, storage areas, and waste disposal areas are kept clean and organized at all times. The Steward supports the Food & Beverage and Kitchen teams by ensuring a continuous supply of clean equipment and assisting with general cleaning duties to facilitate smooth daily operations and need to maintain room service delivery is also required. The position requires adherence to all hotel hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards, proper handling and disposal of waste, and prompt reporting of any damaged equipment or maintenance concerns. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, detail-oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and committed to delivering excellent support to the hotel operations team. Previous experience in hotel or restaurant stewarding is preferred; however, freshers with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
