What you will do (Key Responsibilities)
This role starts with warm leads, and later expands to new inbound signups from our WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
Phase 1 (Immediate – Warm Leads):
We have 2300+ salons who installed our older version earlier. Your job is to:
- Call/WhatsApp these salons (warm leads)
- Help them install the latest StylistzSP app
- Explain benefits and convert them to buy Customer Packages (₹5,000)
- We use a simple benefit story: profit potential up to ₹30,000 with packages
- Track every lead and confirmed conversion using our tracking web link
Phase 2 (Next – Marketing-Generated Leads):
As we aggressively promote StylistzSP via WhatsApp marketing, you will also:
- Call/WhatsApp new salons who sign up through campaigns
- Do quick product walkthrough + objection handling
- Convert interested salons to Customer Packages (₹5,000)
- Maintain clean tracking and follow-ups until conversion

Salary INR 10,000 - You need to cover 1200 leads / month. Approx 50 calls/day. You will get incentives additionally based on conversion.
Payout / Incentives (Paid Weekly)
- Incentive is introductory ₹400 per confirmed conversion (package payment + activation).
- This is a launch-phase rate and will remain in place until we reach 500 salons creating membership packages.
- After that, incentive will move to 10% of our per-conversion cost (including management/ops activities). This amount may be lower than ₹400 depending on the updated cost model.
- Payout every Wednesday for the prior week (tracked confirmations only).
(This role is commission-based; no fixed salary.)
Language Requirement (Important)
You must be fluent in English OR Hindi OR Malayalam OR Tamil OR Kannada OR Telugu (any one is enough).
Knowing multiple languages is a big advantage and typically leads to higher conversions and higher earnings.
What we are looking for
Must have:
- Strong communication + confidence on calls
- Ability to follow a script and handle objections politely
- Comfortable doing a product walkthrough/demo over Google Meet
- Basic smartphone/laptop skills (WhatsApp, links, simple tracking)
Preferred (Big plus):
- Inside sales / telecalling / business development background
- Proven track record in sales targets
- Multi-language speaking ability (more languages = better gains)
