Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with experience in CHA (Custom House Agent) operations to handle customer coordination, shipment updates, documentation follow-up, and support activities related to customs clearance and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers regarding shipment status and documentation.
- Handle CHA-related customer queries and provide timely updates.
- Follow up with internal departments for customs clearance and shipment movement.
- Maintain records of shipping documents, invoices, BOE, checklist, and delivery status.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers, transporters, shipping lines, and customs teams.
- Prepare reports and update shipment details in the system.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and maintain good client relationships.
- Support operations team in day-to-day logistics activities.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of CHA and logistics operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of customs documentation and clearance procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Freight Forwarding / CHA / Logistics industry.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
