Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling customer service requests and inquiries
- Support senior team members in service operations
- Learn and follow company procedures and service standards
- Maintain records and documentation of service activities
- Help in resolving basic customer issues and escalate complex cases
- Participate in training sessions and workshops
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional service
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per hour
