We’re Hiring: BIM Coordinator (Architecture / Interior Design)
Are you a detail-driven BIM professional with a passion for Architecture and Interior Design? We’re looking for a BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate BIM models for Architectural & Interior Design (ID) projects
- Collaborate closely with designers, architects, and consultants
- Ensure model accuracy, standards, and project compliance
- Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts
- Develop and maintain BIM standards, families, and templates
- Support design visualization and documentation workflows
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator in Architecture / Interior Design projects
- Strong command of Revit (Architecture & Interiors), AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Understanding of BIM execution plans and LOD requirements
- Eye for design detailing, finishes, and spatial coordination
- Good communication and team collaboration skills

Pay: ₹14,999.00 - ₹59,425.05 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Interior design: 3 years (Preferred)
