We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Content & Creative Manager to lead the development of compelling brand content and visual communication across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating impactful marketing content, managing creative campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating with internal teams to promote the company's projects, services, and achievements.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company's marketing and business objectives.
· Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for websites, social media, blogs, brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and corporate communications.
· Lead the creative development of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand identity across all channels.
· Manage the design and production of promotional materials, project profiles, case studies, company presentations, videos, and advertisements.
· Coordinate with digital marketing, sales, business development, and project teams to develop engaging marketing collateral.
· Oversee photography, videography, and drone shoots of construction projects, events, and corporate activities.
· Review and approve creative designs, copy, and branding materials before publication.
· Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, SEO-friendly, and aligned with the company's brand guidelines.
· Manage relationships with external creative agencies, photographers, videographers, printers, and freelancers.
· Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and content marketing best practices.
· Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and campaign analytics.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
· 4–7 years of experience in content creation, creative management, branding, or marketing communications.
· Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and proofreading skills.
· Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, and digital content marketing.
· Experience working with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar platforms.
· Familiarity with video editing tools and content management systems (CMS) is an advantage.
· Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualification
· Experience in the construction, infrastructure, EPC, engineering, real estate, or building materials industry will be a strong advantage.
· Experience in developing project-based marketing content, corporate profiles, technical brochures, project case studies, and construction-related visual content is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
