We are seeking a skilled O&M Engineer to handle the operation and maintenance of Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants including WTP, RO, STP, and ETP systems. The role involves ensuring smooth plant performance, water quality compliance, preventive and corrective maintenance, and efficient operation of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain WTP/STP/ETP/RO systems to meet quality and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment.
- Monitor water quality parameters and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain operational records.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with project/site teams for smooth plant operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental guidelines.
