Job Title: Junior Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

Experience: 3 to 7 Years
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E. Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
- Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and tender documents.
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance.
- Verify subcontractor and vendor bills.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for material and work progress.
- Prepare and maintain measurement sheets and billing records.
- Assist in contract administration and variation claims.
- Ensure timely preparation of client and subcontractor invoices.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of quantity surveying practices in civil construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity estimation techniques.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
