We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales & Customer Support Associate to join our team in Mohali. In this role, you will work with our U.S.-based insurance agency to assist customers in finding insurance policies that best fit their needs.
You will communicate with customers, understand their requirements, prepare insurance quotes, explain policy options, and assist licensed U.S. insurance agents in completing policy applications and renewals.
Responsibilities
- Speak with U.S. customers via phone, email, and text.
- Understand customers' insurance needs and gather required information.
- Prepare insurance quotes using agency software.
- Explain available coverage options and answer general questions.
- Assist customers with new policies, renewals, endorsements, and policy updates.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Work closely with licensed U.S. insurance agents to provide excellent customer service.
- Meet quality and productivity goals.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. business hours).
- Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to learn insurance products and agency software.
- Sales experience or experience in a call center/customer support role is preferred.
- Experience in U.S. insurance is a plus but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
