Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Target Management
- Command Area Targets: Drive primary and secondary sales targets assigned to your specific territory.
- Market Intelligence: Map competitor activities, pricing strategies, and local consumer demands.
- Promotional Activities: Monitor and implement local marketing and promotional events to boost brand visibility.
Dealer & Network Development
- Network Expansion: Recruit new sub-dealers and strengthen the existing network within the command area.
- Inventory Control: Ensure an optimal mix of two-wheeler stock both at the dealerships and regional depots.
- Dealer Support: Train dealer staff, resolve operational bottlenecks, and ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed.
Compliance & Operations
- Daily Reporting: Submit regular performance dashboards and daily reports to the regional or corporate office.
- Payment Follow-ups: Manage accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure financial discipline.
- Customer Satisfaction: Handle escalated customer queries and audits to guarantee a premium ownership experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is generally preferred).
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in dealer management, automotive sales, or channel sales.
- Skills Required: Proficiency in MS Office, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to lead in a sales-driven environment.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driver's license for a two-wheeler and be highly flexible with frequent regional travel.
