We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our admissions team. The primary responsibility of this role is to counsel prospective students, guide them through the admission process for our Cyber Security courses, and convert inquiries into enrollments. Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students over phone calls regarding Cyber Security courses, career opportunities, and admission processes.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to respond to inquiries and follow up with leads.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Manage and nurture leads through regular follow-ups to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update the CRM system.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
- Address student concerns and provide timely resolutions to build trust and confidence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, education counseling, admissions, or inside sales (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the EdTech or training industry is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
