Flexo Production Process Engineer
(Printing Department)
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Flexo Production Process Engineer to support and operate flexographic printing processes. The role involves working on advanced printing machines, ensuring print quality, and supporting efficient production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor flexographic printing machines
- Work preferably on Gallus machines (RCS-330 / LM-440)
- Ensure print quality, consistency, and production efficiency
- Assist in job setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth production flow
- Follow safety and quality standards during operations
Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI in Printing Technology
- Other diploma holders with relevant printing experience can also apply
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in printing operations
Skills & Knowledge Required
- Basic understanding of flexographic printing
- Anilox behaviour
- Print cylinders and tools
- Artwork layout (size, colours, Pantone, decoration) – preferred
- Shade matching
- Job changeover – preferred
- Print substrates
- Print sequences
- Willingness to learn and grow in printing operations
- No colour blindness
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in shift operations
Location
Dhanoli (approx. 15 km from Vapi, Daman & Silvassa; ~150 km from Surat/Mumbai)
Compensation
- As per current CTC and industry standards
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
