We’re currently looking for an AI-savvy designer to join us in a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary role inside our agency.
This is not a traditional “graphic designer only” position. Since we’re a small founder-led creative agency, the role naturally blends across multiple areas including:
- Design
- Social media content
- AI-assisted creative workflows
- Motion/content support
- Brand systems
- Creative direction support
- General creative operations
One of our current major projects is Block Agency, an independent global out-of-home media planning & buying agency positioning itself as a modern AI-driven company with an international market.
We’re helping build their entire visual and digital presence from the ground up including:
- Social media systems
- Website direction
- AI-assisted content workflows
- Brand positioning
- Creative infrastructure
The aesthetic direction is premium, cinematic, editorial, modern, and globally positioned.
A big part of this role is adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to learn. You do not need to know everything already. We’re strong on mentorship internally, and I’ll personally help train and guide you across workflows, systems, AI tools, creative thinking, and agency processes as we grow.
