Key Responsibilities
- Operate conventional or CNC lathe machines.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
- Set up tools, fixtures, and machine parameters.
- Measure and inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Perform facing, turning, threading, drilling, boring, and knurling operations.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain production records and inspection reports.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of lathe machine operations and machining processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade.
- 1–5 years of experience in lathe machine operation (depending on role level).
- Experience with CNC programming is an advantage for CNC Lathe Operator roles.
Working Conditions
- Manufacturing or machine shop environment.
- 8.00 am - 8.00 pm ( stay , food & transportation provided)
- Standing for extended periods and handling metal components.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
