Responsibilities & Activities
Quality Management: Maintain comprehensive quality data, analyze periodic quality trends, and initiate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for major contributing defects.
Defect Control: Monitor daily rejection and rework rates, conducting thorough reviews to minimize waste.
Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical issues on regular production items in real time.
Data-Driven Improvement: Cultivate a continuous learning environment utilizing a data-based analytical approach to optimize processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Attend and actively contribute to daily rejection reviews and process meetings.
Technical Reporting: Prepare and present data for weekly technical meetings.
Project Tracking: Track and execute identified projects in a timely manner to systematically reduce rejection rates.
Resource Readiness: Ensure all process inputs, materials, and documentation are ready for production.
Shop Floor Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication across the shop floor to align team objectives.
Project Management: Report on project progress, define clear next steps, and escalate matters requiring management decisions or actions.
System Optimization: Drive continuous system improvements based on the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology.
