Job Title: Human Resources Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Cluster Human Resources Executive to manage and support HR operations across multiple hotel branches. The role involves handling employee attendance, payroll inputs, grievance management, onboarding formalities, and ensuring smooth coordination between branches.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Monitor and manage employee attendance records, overtime (OT), and leave tracking
2) Handle and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
3) Manage new staff joining formalities, including documentation, induction, and onboarding.
4) Coordinate with branches for HR-related activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
5) Support branch managers in manpower planning and employee engagement activities.
6) Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly
Requirements:
1) Experience: 1–2 years in Human Resources, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry
2) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3) Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple branches.
4) Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle grievances professionally
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
