We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Expert with hands-on experience in managing online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in product listings, catalog management, inventory control, and order processing across major marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, and other leading e-commerce platforms. Experience with Unicommerce is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, and other marketplaces.
- Create new product listings, update catalogs, and ensure accurate product information.
- Handle product uploads through bulk sheets and marketplace-specific templates.
- Create high-quality product images using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
- Generate lifestyle images, infographics, banners, and marketplace creatives using AI.
- Enhance product photos with background removal, image retouching, and visual optimization.
- Manage inventory synchronization and stock updates through Unicommerce.
- Monitor order processing, shipping, returns, cancellations, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product content, images, pricing, and promotions.
- Ensure marketplace compliance and maintain high seller performance metrics.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings for better visibility and sales.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Resolve listing issues, catalog errors, and marketplace support tickets.
- Manage pricing, offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns across platforms.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Unicommerce.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, and other online marketplaces.
- Expertise in product listing, catalog management, and inventory management.
- Experience with bulk uploads and marketplace listing sheets.
- Good understanding of e-commerce operations and order management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Management).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketplace advertising and promotions is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of e-commerce product listings.
