Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Industrial Automation Service Engineer & Drive Expert to join our growing team in the Hyderabad region. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in industrial automation systems and drive technologies, along with the ability to support customers through installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical discussions. This role involves working closely with customers to ensure reliable operation of automation systems while also contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
. Installation, configuration, and commissioning of industrial automation systems at customer sites.
. Set up and test PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial control panels. (Siemens preferred)
. Experience in programming and commissioning VFD and servo drive applications.
. Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product demonstrations
. Diagnose and resolve issues in automation systems and drive equipment.
. Analyze issues and provide quick technical solutions to minimize downtime.
. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
. Prepare service reports, commissioning reports, and maintenance logs.
. Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to deliver effective solutions
. Follow industrial safety standards and company policies while working on-site.
Required Skills:
. Relevant experience in industrial automation and drive technologies.
. Strong knowledge of: PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, VFDs and Survo drives.
. Experience to handle Siemens Plc and Servo Drives.
. Industrial automation panels and control systems.
. Hands-on experience in servicing and commissioning industrial automation systems. (Siemens preferred)
. Exposure to industries like manufacturing, pharma, food processing, or infrastructure.
Qualification:
Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics
