Position: Social Media Growth & Outreach Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Social Media Growth & Outreach Executive to strengthen our online presence, engage with prospective students/clients, and support lead generation activities through various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other relevant channels.
- Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Engage with online communities, groups, and forums to increase brand visibility and awareness.
- Identify and connect with potential students, clients, and partners through social media outreach.
- Generate and nurture leads through social media interactions and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams to support promotional activities.
- Share updates, announcements, and promotional content across digital platforms.
- Maintain records of inquiries, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Track engagement metrics and prepare basic performance reports.
- Stay updated with social media trends and recommend new growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and digital communication tools.
- Basic understanding of lead generation and customer engagement.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, admissions, counseling, or customer engagement.
- Experience in the education, training, or coaching industry will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
