Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Counsel students and parents for online and offline courses
- Explain course structure, duration, fees, and career outcomes
- Daily follow-ups on fresh and pending enquiries
- Schedule counselling sessions and demo classes
- Maintain enquiry and admission records (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Coordinate with faculty and management for admission closures

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in education / coaching / training institute
- Strong Hindi communication (basic English required)
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable handling parents and students
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp, and basic record keeping
- Basic understanding of business or digital marketing preferred
