Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior R&D Engineer with strong technical expertise in electronics, robotics, and lab solution design. The ideal candidate will lead R&D initiatives, design innovative lab solutions across multiple education domains, engage with clients, and contribute to curriculum development, documentation, and technical presentations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Research & Development
Lead and execute R&D projects in electronics, robotics, and STEM-based learning solutions.
Design and develop lab solutions for Robotics, Electronics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Outdoor Science Parks.
Develop innovative and practical solutions aligned with educational and real-world applications.
Prototype, test, and validate systems to optimize performance and reliability.
2. Client Communication & Technical Presentation
Interact with clients to understand requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
Deliver technical presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs to clients and stakeholders.
Clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Provide post-deployment technical support and guidance when required.
3. Documentation & Curriculum Support
Prepare technical documentation, including design documents, lab manuals, test reports, user manuals, and project reports.
Contribute to curriculum development and structured learning content for educational programs.
Ensure documentation is accurate, organized, and aligned with internal and client standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering / EXTC Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on R&D experience, preferably in electronics and robotics.
Strong knowledge of Robotics Systems, Embedded Electronics, Microcontrollers, and Sensors.
Experience in designing educational lab solutions and technical infrastructure.
Proficiency in technical proposal writing and solution documentation.
Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python, Embedded C, or similar languages.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and dynamic environments.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
