We are looking for a confident, organised, and people-first Client Growth Specialist to join the Nexxence team. You will be the primary human touchpoint for prospective and existing clients: converting warm leads into free trial members, guiding each member through a structured 30-day trial journey, converting them into paying subscribers, and then managing those client relationships as their account manager, driving retention and right-fit upgrades.
This role requires working US business hours from India and demands strong spoken and written English communication skills. You will be speaking with senior professionals including VPs, Directors, C-suite executives, and founders, so professionalism and polish are non-negotiable.
Training & Location
This role begins with a one-week, in-person training period at our Thane office, where you will be trained directly by the founding team on our systems, scripts, tools, and outreach process. Once training is successfully completed, you will transition to a fully remote setup, working US business hours from home.
You will be provided with an office laptop and a dedicated virtual US phone number to use for outreach and client calls once you begin.
What You Will Do
Lead Conversion
● Receive warm leads generated through Nexxence outreach and follow up promptly to schedule a 20-minute discovery call.
● Re-engage prospects who showed initial interest but went cold via LinkedIn, email, or WhatsApp.
● Conduct discovery calls to understand each prospect's career goals and LinkedIn challenges.
● Clearly pitch the value of the Nexxence free trial and convert prospects into trial members, owning their onboarding end to end: signup, platform onboarding, LinkedIn data upload, and credential setup, through to delivery kick-off.
● Send Calendly booking links on behalf of the team so prospects can schedule calls at their convenience.
New Lead Generation
● Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients on LinkedIn using your own profile (profile building support will be provided if needed).
● Execute cold email and WhatsApp outreach campaigns using databases provided by Nexxence.
● Craft personalised outreach messages that resonate with senior professionals. Full training and templates will be provided.
Trial Journey and Conversion
● Speak with every trial member at least once a week through their 30-day free trial, keeping them engaged, supported, and seeing value.
● Prove the program and its long-term value, and convert trial members toward the end of their trial onto the subscription package that best fits their needs.
● Flag concerns, drop-offs, and product feedback from trial members to the founding team.
Account Management
● Serve as the account manager for the paying clients you convert: maintain the relationship, ensure they continue to see value, and keep them subscribed.
● Identify clients for whom an upgrade is genuinely the right fit and guide them to it.
● Monitor engagement and renewal risk, and act early to retain every client worth retaining.
Pipeline and Reporting
● Maintain a simple tracker of all leads, call outcomes, follow-up status, and conversion results.
● Share regular updates with the founding team on pipeline health, common objections, and messaging gaps.
What Success Looks Like
● Weekly: 20 or more fully onboarded free trials (signed up, onboarded, LinkedIn data uploaded, credentials in place, delivery kicked off).
● Monthly: 80 or more onboarded trials, with 15% or more of each monthly cohort converting to paid subscriptions. 100 or more trials with 25% conversion is where the top-tier incentives unlock.
● Long term: the clients you convert stay. Strong retention of your paying clients past the 9-month mark earns the annual retention bonus.
Who We Are Looking For
● Based in India with availability to work US business hours (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM ET) which is 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST
● Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. You will be speaking with US-based senior professionals daily.
● Confident and articulate on calls. You can build rapport quickly and hold a professional conversation without sounding scripted.
● Prior experience in sales, business development, client servicing, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
● Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp as outreach and communication tools.
● Self-motivated and organised. You can manage your own pipeline and follow-ups without daily hand-holding.
● Genuine interest in LinkedIn, personal branding, or career development is a strong plus.
● Able to travel to and work from our Thane office for the first week of in-person training, before transitioning to a fully remote setup.

Compensation
Fixed monthly pay of Rs. 30,000 (a base salary of Rs. 25,000 plus a US Hours Shift Allowance of Rs. 5,000), paid monthly. On top of this, performance incentives of up to 40% of base salary per month, tied to monthly trial onboarding and paid conversion targets, plus an annual retention bonus of 10% of annual base tied to keeping your converted clients subscribed. Realistic on-target earnings above Rs. 5 lakh per year at full attainment. The detailed incentive structure is shared at offer stage.
Growth Path
As Nexxence scales past its first cohorts of paying clients, this role grows with it: Senior Client Growth Specialist, then Client Growth Lead, building and mentoring the client growth team.
