Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the management team to understand business requirements and recommend suitable AI tools and solutions.
- Research, evaluate, and suggest the best AI platforms, automation tools, and digital solutions for different departments.
- Identify opportunities for AI implementation across Manufacturing, HR, Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions.
- Analyze existing workflows and recommend process improvements through AI and automation.
- Support the organization in adopting Generative AI tools for productivity enhancement and business operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for implementation of AI solutions.
- Develop dashboards, reports, presentations, and business insights for management review.
- Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the manufacturing industry.
- Assist management in digital transformation and technology adoption initiatives.
- Conduct awareness sessions and training programs for employees on AI tools and best practices.
- Ensure proper documentation, data security, and compliance standards during implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, IT, Data Science, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in AI tools, automation, digital transformation, or business technology consulting.
- Strong understanding of:
- Generative AI tools
- AI productivity platforms
- Process automation tools
- Business intelligence and analytics tools
- ERP and software integrations
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI/Tableau will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to interact with senior management and provide strategic recommendations.
- Manufacturing industry exposure will be preferred.
Note : Its a 6 days a week.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
