LegUp is a fast-growing caregiving platform that connects families with trusted and verified caregivers, including nannies, babysitters, elder care providers, and home support professionals. We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable LegUp services.
- Convert leads into customers by effectively handling queries and objections.
- Achieve individual monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Update customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on company services, offers, and market trends.
Eligibility & Skills
- 0–4 years of experience in B2C or D2C Sales, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Kannada or any regional language will be an added advantage.
