About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to drive business growth by meeting prospective clients, generating new business opportunities, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable traveling within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Meet potential customers to understand their business requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- 1–5 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or direct sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable with extensive local travel.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in SaaS, Technology, IT Services, Digital Marketing, Telecom, EdTech
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Experience in lead generation and territory management.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
