Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Pick and Pack Associate to join our warehouse team. The candidate will be responsible for picking products from inventory, packing orders accurately, and preparing shipments for dispatch while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick products from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Pack items safely and securely for delivery.
- Check products for accuracy, quality, and damages before packing.
- Label packages and prepare shipment documents.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods when required.
- Update inventory records and report stock shortages.
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum SSLC / Plus Two qualification preferred.
- Previous warehouse or packing experience is an advantage.
- Ability to lift and move packages.
- Basic reading and counting skills.
- Good teamwork and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts if required.
