Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to support sales operations, coordinate with the sales team, manage customer interactions, and handle backend processes like MIS reporting and order management.

Core Responsibilities
- Sales Order Management: Prepare and process formal sales orders and quotations.
- Factory Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between the sales team and the factory to track production status, ensure timely dispatch, and resolve bottlenecks in the supply chain.
- MIS Preparation: Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports to track sales performance, stock levels, and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Create and process sales orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Technical Skills Required
- Microsoft Business Central: Proficiency in using this ERP system for managing sales orders, tracking inventory, and coordinating financial data.
- Advanced Excel: Expert-level skills are mandatory for MIS reporting. You must be proficient in:
- VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Index-Match for data retrieval.
- Pivot Tables and Power Pivot for large-scale data analysis.
- Macros and advanced formulas for automating recurring reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 2–3 years of sales or operations experience, ideally within the medical device or surgical consumables industry.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to navigate high-pressure hospital environments and technical factory discussions
