Proven track record of Supply Chain Management in Engineering Industry with 10 to 20 years experience. We are looking for professionals with experience in Supply Chain Transformation, Supplier Selection, Audits, Supplier Ratings, New Vendor Development, Quality Management, Delivery scheduling, Supplier processes, Supplier incentives, in order to achieve lower costs, better quality and responsive or resilient supply chain for Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics parts, sub assemblies for Weapons, Anti Drone Systems, Simulators, Motion Platforms for Defence, Navy & Air Force segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, and Create Futuristic, Responsive Supply Chain capable of handling and delivering on time a range of innovative demanding parts and assemblies.
Achieve supply chain performance to meet demanding needs of project deliveries On Time, To Quality & In Full.
Achieve highest cost reduction discovery for high volume manufacturing at lowest cost for domestic and international markets.
Understand and implement all SOPs – Standard Operating procedures of Zen in the supply chain wrt Six Sigma Quality, Surface treatment, Sampling methods etc.
Manage and nurture high volume and low volume supply base to cater to diverse supply chain demands.
Audit, rate, evaluate existing suppliers for cost, quality and delivery performance and help them upgrade their performance.
Manage supply chain payments, payment terms, negotiate best prices and follow management policies wrt Supply Chain payment terms, including protection of Zen’s Intellectual Property.
Meet, and engage with supply chain upholding highest ethics of engagement.
Lead a team of 5-20 professionals to manage and grow the supply chain
Candidates with similar experience with SAP, Artificial Intelligence, Six Sigma, etc will be preferred.
