Upkarak Tech Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customer communication, CRM management, lead qualification, and customer follow-up activities.
The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, organized, and comfortable working with international customers in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, and CRM systems.
- Qualify leads and coordinate with the Business Development team.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
- Generate and assign qualified leads.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide timely support.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate customer communications.
- Support sales and account management teams.
- Maintain reports and CRM updates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Customer Success, or Call Center Operations.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to occasionally attend meetings aligned with US Eastern Time Zone.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
